I used Reid Plumbing Services to replace two radiators and a complete boiler service, and couldn't be happier with the result. Jay (who handled the radiators) and Alex (who handled the service) were very professional, friendly, thorough and communicative throughout the entire process, a process in which everything was completed on time and to a highly professional standard. This was actually the second time I had called Reid Plumbing; the first time was to clear a blockage in a dryer drain. This was also completed on time, quickly and with no fuss, hence me being a return customer. For me, my first point of call for any plumbing or house work going forward will be Reid Plumbing Services, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a job done right. ~ Reesh D

Reid & Co - "A name you can trust". This is certainly a true statement! Jay and his team provided services for our house refurbishment when we moved into an old house in need of modernization. Certainly not a small project, Jay (Jamal Reid) , the owner & Director of Reid and Co. and his team helped us with a variety of work, ranging from total reconstruction of the WC and Bathroom (replacement of walls and shower, bath, toilets, sinks), installation of lighting and repainting walls throughout the house We found Jay to be very professional, and certainly made me review my own dedication for my work. Jay is very friendly and knowledgeable, providing ideas for further improvements / compromises when required. Nothing was impossible for Jay (always has a 'I will find a solution for you' attitude) and our end result is a very comfortable house, which we look forward to living in for many years. I invited Reid Plumbing to install 2 radiators, one in the kitchen and the other in the bathroom including boxing in the pipework. Jay assessed the job with a quiet confidence that immediately reassured me they were the right team for the work. They worked extremely hard over the two days scheduled for the installation and I’m very pleased with the finished result. I relied on Jay in 2-3 occasions, including fixing caps of both sink and bidet, and lastly fixing a not working radiator. There was a lot of challenge setting a date to shut down the water with our council, and Jay was very understanding and accommodating. I called Jamal out to my house in London when the central heating sprung a leak. This was late at night - 1130pm - and he arrived promptly. The leak was sorted quickly and the system refilled, balanced, checked thoroughly and left in good working order in quick time. He was a really decent guy and pleasant to meet and deal with. Pleased with Jay's service, great communication when organising a day and time with the office. On the day of the job kept me updated with arrival time and was pretty prompt. No complaints about the job, the toilet had a slow drain blockage and turns out I had turned the switch to the waste motor off and not realised that was causing the issue. Jay was able to complete a complicated shower installation, with a pump to increase the pressure and tiling walls in bathroom. He and his colleague Yusuf were excellent in the work and finding ways to deal with issues that came up. When there were any queries after the work was completed, Jay was responsive and helpful. Great service! Had a leaking pipe by the boiler with water everywhere...on a Sunday! Called Reid and they came within the hour. Repaired the leak, talked us through the reasons and made sure the system was 'refilled and vented', waiting to check everything was as it should be before leaving.
